At Arrae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
